Where it all started...
By FY25, New Heights Plumbing was delivering consistent revenue in the multi-million-dollar range, with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects. - Defined and rolled out org charts for current, FY26, and dream team structures.

Set the pathway for Leading Hands to transition 100% non-billable over FY26.

The Results (So Far)

The Leading Hands are stepping off the tools and into management, Managers are running toolbox and project meetings, and Ryan finally has space to think strategically instead of being pulled into every detail.
